Have been getting my car serviced at Advaith Hyundai since I purchased and never had a thought of going to another service center. As usual, had given the car for periodic maintenance last week and am happy with the Service responsible Mr. Vinay, who patiently listened to the requests. He further called up to check on some issues that he found which needed repair. The vehicle was serviced to my satisfaction (not surprised), within the estimated costs and was ready for delivery at the agreed time.

Made my santro car(17 years) so smooth to drive. Mr. Poornesh examined the vehicles and asked me to get all 4 wheel hubs replaced. I accepted. Then Mr Poornesh got these spares from their Chennai Warehouse and repalaced them . After the service I felt as if I am driving the car when we got it 17years ago. As if I am driving the new one. Thanks to Mr. Poornesh and Hyundai service center ITPL Bangalore. 5 stars rating.

Even during rush hours very professionally my vehicle was taken care, and addressed all the issues. Mr. Binson was very professional and helpful in getting all the service get done on time. My front suspension strut had oil leakage issue, he showed me the current situation of the parts then taking after my confirmation he orders the parts, which was not done with my previous experience with other service centers.

Thieves. Stole large amount of petrol from my car (3points). When I caught them and showed proof, they started giving excuses and later refunded the approximate cost of fuel. They told they will find out the culprit and share the report with me within a day, but it has been a week and I haven't heard back yet, despite reminders. This only raises suspicion that they are intentionally doing it.

He also provided an estimate early on and the final amount was within that estimate. Appreciate his attention to detail and completing the work in time.
