I attended interview at Airfi and faced 3 round(1 written and 2 technical). After that they will tell me that you are good in problem solving good in Android(They hiring for Amdroid Developer). Then they told you where we will fit you we can not figure it out. You should also good in Hibernat, Spring or Node. So if you dont know these dont go for intervuew. I am still waiting for the feedback.

They will call you for interview even if your profile dosent matches. They will conduct all rounds of interview if you clear the first round of interview and then at the end they will simply tell you that your profile dosent matches the requirement. They will just waste your time.

They will conduct interviews even though profile do not match. So make sure that they are serious about the opening. For me aftee taking multiple rounds of interview and kept on hold multiple times and finally decided my profile do not match their requirement. Interviewer had no clue for which round he was taking.
