Opted for installation at home. Polite and nearly smooth paperwork but unsatisfactory service done for windshield replacement - scratches caused on the car paint around the windshield and the plastic parts of the rear-view mirror were chipped too, due to rough handling with a screwdriver. Further, the handling/convenience charges weren't transparently mentioned - so final amount was a little more than initially mentioned amount.

Got my BMW 530d windshield replaced under insurance. Claim process was smooth. Karthik coordinated with the insurance company and ensured cashless settlement. Workmanship was great. Job was done in 2hrs. Pilkington glass was provided, which is BMW oem. Overall extremely satisfied with the service.

Spares removed in the process of replacing the windshield, are not fixed back properly. Either they miss fixing the spare or doesn't fix properly. So that you soon need to visit a garage or service station. Unhappy with the service.
