Anugraha Properties - Is trusted one, please do not get diverted to the few reviews posted by people, due to some corona and some circumstances project would have get delayed, but that doesn't mean whole company is fraud. I have purchased 4 different sites in Karnataka, kankapura is one among them, delayed but team has promised to get it ready by April/May. However, there are other projects which got sold out as very good price for middle class and upper middle class people. places like Kushalnagara and Hassan. Few team members in Anugraha along with head of company are so supportive and will definitely help you in all the process and till you get registered your land and future helps. ***Kindly do not lose you hopes*** Try to connect with people who have already purchased lands. team also can help you for reference.

Fraud company and worst experience, no proper legal documents, they are trying to convence to buy with out proper legal documents, and they don't have basic legal knowledge.

Very worst experience, Legal aspects are not clear. advance amount will not come back and they keep on dragging. Not trustworthy.

Don't waste your hard earned money and precious time. Worst Company ever I have seen in Bangalore. Advance money given to them since 2 years, but there is not development of single rupee. Later when I enquired more, I came to know that they were selling Government property to me. Then I have requested for refund the amount which they returned me in 3 months with post dated cheque. Later I have deposited cheques in Bank which got Dishonoured/Bounce. I have borne Rs.300/- towards penalty due to their mistake. They did not keep minimum balance in account.

Dont trust ,frauds .... we lost 2 and half year initial deposit interest and they will not respond to u in a proper manner .... dont invest ...

Worst property seller. Don't waste your money and time... They are careless about property development. They told us that the property will be ready to register within 12 months but now not even single rupees work done by them even after 24 months. Not even pickup the call to enquiry. Fraud company
