Went there on 19/12 to get fitness certificate from a M.D. doctor. 1) Doctor suggested few tests. Receptionist seemed to be clueless about the tests & packages, billed each test separately & made 3 different bills over the next hour after pointing out the missed tests. Total bill came to 13K but with the right package, it would have been 11K with more tests included. 2) No queue management system for tests. 3) Different labs have different open hours. If you have multiple tests, you may have to visit 2-3 times. Hospital management does not coordinate the process & it is up to the patients to collect their reports at individual labs. I found that my ECG report was missing and the management couldn't find it, so had to repeat it the next day. 4) Online appointment was with Dr. Rajendra Prasad. Even the bill shows his name. But as I found out later when getting the signature/seal on certificate, he was on sick leave all that week and a temporary non-M.D. doctor attended to me all this time. No idea why the management didn't inform me earlier. It was a waste of time & money as I needed the certificate from a M.D. doctor. 5) Raised above issues with their customer service online but there was no proper response. They didn't even acknowledge that a different doctor has attended to me. I will not suggest this clinic to anyone. Manipal hospital offers better services at same price.

Went for an RTPCR test here and the team is quite cautious and very helpful. They asked me to be at home and immediately sent a personnel to collect my sample. Recommended.

Wish I could give ZERO star rating. Very inefficient staff and there was no COVID protocol in place. I had a confirmed appointment and when I reached there, the doctor was not there! waste of whole day and efforts. Pathetic. In response to your reply below: You can get my details from the clinic if you are really serious about feedback.

Review is based on my opinion. Its kinda funny that they ask for reviews when ever they find a good chance. The service they gave me was good. The time they took to deliver my report too was good. Staffs were helpful and well behaved to me. But I could see few of the patient disappointed with the service. They were complaining about unmanaged system too. Just a suggestion to management "You give better service, you definitely will get good reviews". It doesn't make sense to go around and ask patient for review, it's funny and kills your reputation as well

Worst experience with Dr Meera K Muraleedharan (Radiologist) at apollo clinic Indiranagar today. Supremely inhuman treatment when I went for an appointment today (30th March 2021). I arrived early for a 9 am recommended ultrasound . Already the doctor was cribbing about how she can only test 9 patients in a day and she is getting more than the quota of patients. When I went in she already seemed in a hurry as she had already expressed her frustration on the patients ahead in que before me. I went in and she applied the gel for the ultrasound and just moved the ultrasound tool on my abdomen and declared that I had not had enough water , I pleaded her that I already had water but if the bladder seems not full I will drink some more and will be back in 10 minutes . She inhumanely declared that she cannot wait and has 10 other patients waiting in another hospital and picked up her bag and started walking out with me still lying down in shock over her behaviour she said it is your body organ problem that bladder is not full yet and she cannot wait . Extremely disturbing experience, cannot believe that there are still terrible and money minded doctors like Dr Meera K Muraleedharan existing in our society today . The other staff were well behaved and kind like the other radiologist arranged for me on protesting this kind of treatment as well as Ms Susan who was very gentle during blood sampling . The only star given is for these other staff. As for Dr Muraleedharan who has failed as a human as well as a doctor would give a thousand minus points.
