Awesome!!!, I was traveling I booked the home collection service, the guy who serviced me & my kid was an through professional all the covid protocol was followed during collection we were very anxious about the testing he was a good communicator. The report was received there was a difference of 3-4 hrs but looking at the current situation I can live with that Good Job Aster Team

What an useless lab! It's been more than 60hrs no report yet. We need to sue this company. I was in close contact with a covid positive patient and waiting desperately for the results for more than 60hrs. Completely nuts
I think patience is the key we have to understand that all labs in Bangalore are busy right now with the amount of cases going on. Mr George had come to collect my sample did it so well treated me so well suggest vitamins tablets to keep me healthy .everytime he tried taking a swab I would gag or Cough but he patiently Waited took my test sanitized himself all his things and left .thanks aster lab For sending somebody out as it was a emergency appreciate it and the guy that takes the calls waS super helpful.
It's been more than 3 days and my husband s report is not out. Not only this they even mentioned that sir your data has not been updated on the system . We have been in panic since 3 days due to their negligence. I recommend kindly don't go for your tests with them as they only book your appointment, take your payments and then forget about their service. If you are so busy and loaded with samples why accept new samples in the first place!
I have booked for covid test three days back, still I have not received any reports.They promised in 28 hrs and just they don't care after taking money . I called customer care many times and they have not responded at all.please don't book through Aster labs.

Poor experience.... I have undergone 7 tests on Saturday afternoon and I was told that I will get the reports by evening. By evening I got only 3 reports out of 7 reports, I called the customer support several times but every time I was told to have patience. On Sunday morning I myself visited there and the lady present there was herself struggling to get my reports from the main branch. I was made to wait 45 minutes for reports. I would advise people not to depend on aster labs for any diagnosis reports as they don't understand the urgency and they work as per their own convenience.... Poor customer service
Worst possible lab ever seen. Irresponsible staff and management in covid crises, They charge very high price for sample collection. on 12th April they collected covid sample and gave report on 14th, the report was positive. They have not provided SRF no which is required to get servixes from BBMP till today. i called them many times but the staff does not know their own process, just ask you to call hospital, clinic just to confuae people and waste our time without any result. Please dont ever go to them to get worst servixe at higher price and run around for information which they cant provide. note after 16 days BBMP people are callingto admit person who is already cured with home quarentine and could not get emergency servixes due to fault of Aster Labs. God save them.
