Quality is not good, not properly backed have bitter taste of chocolate. It was disappointing to get a cake which is not properly backed and have no taste at all. I purchase cake from your shop many times on different occasions. But this time it was very bad. Guest had given negative feedback regarding the cake. Quality is not up to the mark have bitter taste of chocolate. What is the use of paying and getting a bad quality cake? You should improve the quality of products otherwise you will lose your business.
