Well organized system. Free audio guide if we give id proof. DSLR need to have separate payment. Full palace can be covered within 2 hrs if audio guide is also there. Should have organized parking which is not there currently. Social distancing maintained throughout. Staffs are wearing masks & instructed the tourists to have it.

The palace is located in a large compound. The compound is mostly unmaintained. The palace is smaller than expected. The exhibits are just fine although the video guide is good which is free. The place is not too crowded. Visit only if you have nothing else to do and a small fee to spare.

It was nice, ample parking space is available, full of heritage and culture, every wall in the palace is filled with photos or paintings. Stuffed legged stools are there. Lawn and garden is maintained very well.

At first I was hesitant to enter the palace by paying the hefty fees for entrance and mobile photography but the free audio guide and the old charm of the building made me think otherwise. I definitely recommend to everyone to visit this palace as it's pretty unique from the outside and inside also.

One can get lost in history in this amazing place, built in a fusion of European and Indian styles. Entry fees for Indian nationals is Rs 240 plus 300 for mobile camera pass. It's definitely worth it, this palace has similarities with Windsor castle in UK. There are many world famous paintings, the architecture is beautiful, the audio guide is included and really informative. Tells about the history of wodeyars, different sections in the palace, how their daily lives were and so on. Worth seeing for all visitors.
