We went on a Vineyard tour with my friends and it was a great day indeed. The place was huge and the host is one of the highlights of the trip. He showed us the inner workings of the harvesting, the making, bottling, labelling of the wines and the wine tasting was amazing. We tasted 6 wines.. 2 white, 2 red, 1 pink and 1 dessert wine along with some crackers and cheese. They have a in house restaurant also. It is a great date place. Even though little difficult to reach but totally worth it.

Let me just say that..this place was a surprise find while casually browsing for weekend fun. It's about an hour drive from Electronic City Phase 1 if you go by NICE road (Mysore Road Exit). After having seen wine yards in Australia and UK I wasn't sure about what to expect. For people who don't travel much this place is a good idea for a day trip. You can pay up few hundred bucks for a field visit ( not so huge though) and the processing unit. Ranch offers good ambience to grab food but if you are going there during weekend ensure to have advance booking as the capacity is limited. Food is just OK and over-priced but the enthusiastic much hyped tourists don't seem to care until out of that place :). Wine collections are limited but the staffs are courteous. Good place for a weekend drive.

This was a nice half day experience. I had never visited a vineyard before. While I don't remember all that was explained on how wine is created, it was interesting to hear. For someone who doesn't like wine, the different wines provided for the wine tasting tasted pretty much how I expected. But my cousin liked them quite a bit. Overall, it was a good one-time experience.

A good place to go out on a holiday with family. Very clean and classy place with nice staff. The food at Ranch was amazing. Really liked how well the place is maintained. You will get a really good tour of the vineyard and wine tasting session as well. Just make sure you book in prior to avoid any timing clashes with other pre bookings especially on weekends. Cheers!

Nice place to go out on weekends with friends or family. Wine tasting session was good. They even took us to their production area. Then they took us to the vineyard which was at a walking distance. We could go around and see different types of grapes. Were told not to pluck them as they have sprayed some chemical or so which I guess was just a lame attempt to prevent people from plucking them. Overall it will take around 2.5 to 3 hours to complete all the activities.

Ambience - 4/5. It's well maintained and huge place to explore. Quite spacious. Foods - 3/5. Tastes average, at least what I tried. Service - 3/5. The person who got us food kept dropping things around, was probably having a bad day at work. But kind enough to address the issue. Tip: The vineyard tour is a waste of money, apart from what they speak. You can explore the place outside of the tour as well.

Nice place for half day tour around Bangalore...they have multiple slots spanning every hour..factory tour can be improved... Best time to visit is in January February to see vineyard in full bloom.

Wine tasting tour is good. Restaurant Ranch's ambience is awesome. Service is just average. Food is alright. People (everyone) are very nice and helpful.
