These guys are looters. There was issue with ignition coils mainly, front left door locking system. They took additional charges for electrical work and scanning. The bill is too high and they are very rude to the customer. This place needs to be avoided at all costs. If you dont like the word loot, I would say you robbed me of 1200 R/S in the name of electrical work. You mechanic could not show me what electrical work he has done. You can not CHEAT people. You mind your billing before threating any customer of legal issues. I am ready for a legal battle.

Visited the place to fix the driver's seat problem. The mechanic did fix it to an extent but not completely. I believe that's the best they could do considering it could be a manufacturing defect. Also got the bleak OEM horns replaced with a Bosch Symphony Horns! Visited again on 21st May! Different from what has expected, the horn doesn't fit in properly and hits.the radiator bad! It gives out sound however vibrates the front bumper as well. The horn doesn't rightly fit and has been squeezed between the radiator and the bumper. Visited the place again today to replace back to the OEM one. The Manager/Owner was cooperative enough to take the product back and refund the amount! Take away for me: Bosch products are exceptional, however as the owner of the car, do some asking/research to understand if the product reallt fits in your car!

The owner yathin is a short fuse. He was rude at the time of taking my car for delivery. He wasn't ready to explain work done on the vehicle again. Expects customer to come, pay the money take the vehicle without asking anything. He is a wolf in Sheep clothing.

Seeing the reviews I went all the way from Yelahanka to Hegdenagar to give my car for servicing 4 weeks back. After using car for 5 weeks here are my observations and suggestions. 1. Mechanics were not wearing masks. even the mechanic came for test drive. During this covid high rise time its not safe. Regarding service quality... 2. Door repair done to avoid noise while opening but after service while driving one door is continuously makes noise. 2. Clutch plates were not checked. Clutch makes noise This was not conveyed to me. 3. Front breakpads were replaced as per service center but replaced parts were not returned. its good practice to return replaced parts to customers. General check up which costs 850 rs additionally the checklist should be given to customers to give them confidence that all the checks are done. 5. wheel balance and alignment done but report not provided. This should be provided to customers. 6. Car wash and interior cleaning after service not done properly. Hope owner and manager of service center will consider the suggestions for better service to customers. From Rajesh Pai
