I had a dead battery and availed service from Carista to get it replaced. Customer care followed up keenly to finalize the estimate and send the Technician for assistance, same day. Technician, Hemant was prompt to replace the battery and do a check on other aspects to get my car on the road again. Appreciate the timely help. I will recommend and avail their service again.

Had a wonderful experience while having my Volkswagen Vento serviced. Honest in terms of what is required and don't add things just to increase the cost. I had earlier asked for gear oil change however Adarsh and Tejas checked it and gave clear explanation of wait for another 20k km before doing it. Harsha who is a co-owner has been really helpful and supportive on the overall experience. Would definitely suggest to try this out

I had been searching for a prompt service like yours for a long time, others have disappointed multiple times. It was by chance that I stumbled across your venture.

I have been using carista for a year now.They have very professional mechanics.They went beyond their stipulated work to help me.I called them for a regular servicing. On the same day, my power window stopped working. While they were doing the servicing, I told them about my problem.They finished the servicing work, then started working on figuring out the power window issue.They spent almost an hour on it, figured out the problem and fixed it. I was surprised that they did not charge anything extra for that work .Very happy with their service.Good luck to them!
