Mackerel, i bought was in terribly bad condition. They cut the fish and pack it properly. Pricing is also reasonable. Still quality matter. If you know how to choose fresh fish by yourself, this place is good for you.

Very unclean. Fish section had bees. And shop weight basket was unclean Should put a glass cover on top of fish to avoid bees

Worst service. They take care of only online orders. Don't even bother about ppl walking in. Better avoid.or waste your time.

They don't know how to chop/slice the fish. Made mess of king fish slices. they scarred the flesh multiple times. came apart as soon as i open package. please train your personnel. They do vacuum packing which is good but the station they do the cutting is already so bad that vacuum packing is not helping the fish stay fresh. They hv box packing. but, they don't know how to use that. They push down the soft fish slices over hard meat pack to fit it in box. for asking not to push, I got earful and asked to take the packs without box. Very bad experience. not going there again.

Billing is not correct. Price shown in board and price in the bill is different. I feel chop serve cheating people in the name of offer. Billing calculation is also wrong

Chopserve was providing good chicken till late. However, they have let their standards fall and provided us with rotten meat with cockroach in it. The order was made through Dunzo. If Chopserve doesn't want to provide hygienic meat, close the shop down and sit at home.

Just watch out what they charge.. the employee at the front desk has no courtesy.. they charged me more and all 3 visits there I paid diff price .. even though then meat was good standard. .. wont go there again
