The people who run the store are definitely nice people and are super passionate about music. Full respect to them for that and for the equipment they have. But it's been a nasty experience so far. We paid in full (100% advance) for speakers and amplifiers and it's been months of waiting - one amplifier that did not work and had to be returned, one old amplifier that was pushed to us as a new one until we called out to stain marks on it, one courier misplacement and essentially, still no amplifier while our money's been taken anyway. Too many goof-ups for all this to be a coincidence. Countless follow ups and I still have no clue today when the amplifier will reach us. Worst experience for such a high value product in my life. Update: We got the amplifier in the end.
