Mental health is a very important issue in today's world and not everyone wants to share their experiences before or after counseling . I had referred a friend of mine ,the improvement in the person are so positive . From becoming an introvert and a recluse my friend is slowly opening up and coming back to her old self . The traumas of the past still do haunt her ,but i would say they are so infrequent. Thanks to the patient counseling she received.Ritu maam is a very caring person and it shows in the way she handles her patients .
