Staff don't know or don't care about any hygiene factors... and they speak only Kannada and don't make any efforts to use english (terms atleast) even though they understand that a patient can't follow them. I got my kid admitted here just because I heard the pediatrician is very good ( infact he is better than a lot many docs who just try to be friendly with the kids and are very poor at daignosing ... a common trend in Bangalore). Overall 2 star... visit only if you are not getting admitted and if you have a good grip on Kannada.
