The facilities at hospital are good. The doctor are considerate and knowledgeable and listen to our question and try to answer them with proper details. The nurses and other staff are also good. The treatment provided here is good and I would recommend HCG hospital for cancer treatment at Bangalore.

HCG Bangalore is a well-equipped, well-structured and most reliable cancer hospital in India. Medicos & Staff are very understanding & sincerely empathetic towards their patients. My wife was suffering from Recurrent Metastatic Carcinoma Ovary, diagnosed in 2011, and she was diagnosed BRCA2 Positive as well. Initially she was getting treated in a different hospital; In 2016 she got admitted in HCG hospital Bangalore, and the treatment was carried out by the team of medicos comprising, Dr. Sridhar PS (Radiation Oncologist), Dr. Radheshyam (Medical Oncologist), Dr Mahesh Bandemegal (Surgical Oncology) and Dr. Uday Bhaskar (Uro Oncologist). I would relish and highlight the performance of other staff, especially Dr. PS Sridhar’s assistant, Mr Lijo James; with this expert team, HCG always wins their battle . With the most advanced treatment technology, proactive approach & constant attention by the team, patients are getting better quality of life, even when the disease progresses. Thankfully recollecting that, my wife did not undergo the extreme state of suffering like any other cancer patients. Taking this opportunity to thank each and every one I’ve mentioned above. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL FOR ALL CANCER PATIENTS.

Best hospital ever that i have come across.. that literally leaves no chance in treating the paitent and offer the best service. Every staff is well behaved and doctors are really really friendly and kind. It's hospitality and maintaining cleanliness is remarkable and deserves appreciation undoubtedly. Don't give second thought about this hospital just go for it trust my words your paitent will recover for sure. I am writing this with my personal expirience wth HCG since i got my mother treated here. I would personally appreciate Dr. Bhattacharjee who is so kind hearted, shall always remain in my good thoughts. But in every good u get to taste little bitter and that i got from Dr. Mayur K. who was extremely impolite and extremely vulgar in his attitude and language. He has no decency and no audacity of how to talk to a paitent and make him/her feel comfortable. I will never suggest anyone to go to him for any purpose because you will come back with lot of disappointments and be left maltreated. All in all keeping aside my hard expirience with Dr. Mayur K. I would wish entire staff of HCG. A big thumbs up and good wishes... thank you for your amazing service

Not so clean, unprofessional call center and confusing passages inside multiple towers. We were called for in personal doctor consultation but to our surprise doctor did video consultation with us in Hospital. We spent a day just going there for video consultation which we could have done at home.
