This is the worst company i had ever seen. Don't believe all these reviews. These are the reviews which are forcefully posted to increase the ratings and to get the publicity. Please dont ruin your career by stepping into this worst organisation. Worst place for women employees.No proper leaves, No proper Hike, Day and night you should work(including sat and sun). If you want to resign also they wont leave you. They wont give experience letter, they wont give salary for notice period. Please do research before joining here. By looking into the reviews dont join and suffer.
Worst company I ever heard. Whoever gave 5 star, I think all are current employees. Don't worry they'll change it to 1 star while leaving the company. Couple of my friends worked here. One of them got a project with different skills. When the candidate don't want to work as they suggested even if it's different skill and going to affect thier career, then straight away they'll evacuate. One more friend got black mailed and didn't give experience letter. There will be 3 years bond initially with 50,000 bond amount. Lot of double games and politics. If they won't satisfy with your work then they'll force you to put letter and need to pay 50k or else you won't get experience letter.
Good company to work long term.. They are providing new opportunity to show our performances.. Management is really good in terms of considering employees salaries as first preference
