I agree with the review posted by Thomas. The sales girl is highly unprofessional. They treat customers as with indignity. They don't give time to search for different brands n colors. The sales girl needs to be trained properly. Initially they were good.. they need to change there attitude towards customers and customer should be given priority. least they can do is treat customers with respect n dignity. If we look for more than one brand n take time to select colors etc they treat the customers cheaply. Even if the shop does not have any other customer they don't give attention to the customer present. I have been a loyal customer since many years.. the old sales girl has got the highest attitude of all.. initially it was fun shopping there.. just after shopping at forum mall we use to shop here.. but nowadays we don't feel like going to this shop.. disappointed.. it hurts to give negative feedback.. but it really hurts to get treated like this.. .

It is good place for all Jockey products. The manager is really good. But the experience what I had was totally unpleasant because of the girl who works there. She was not assisting me so well, but I observed that her interest peaked whenever she met a Tamil Customer. I spoke with her in Kannada, though she knows to speak Kannada very well, she was completely talking with me in English, guess she wanted to boost that she knows English very well. Whenever I asked for the price of the product as I wasn't sure of the discounted amount, she just told, "Look at the board" in a very rude way. I realized that, it is always better to go a non discount actual price shop where there is no partiality in treating people, then to visit this kind of place and feel bad due to the ill treatment given by them. Most importantly, If anyone shares the genuine bad experience which took place in the store, instead of taking corrective measures, the owner replies back in the comment "Dear Thomas Kindly don't indulge in linguistic issues. We don't encourage such behaviour with our staffs and also want the customer to refrain from getting into unrelated issue" As if I am the one who was creating such sort of trouble. Instead of posting this kind of comments back, please hire some professional, well mannered staff. Replying back in the comment is never going to help you and business to improve.

Factory outlet for jockey in Benguluru with a minimum 10% discount on almost all products .20-50% discounts available on some old stocks .4 star only because less stock of Xl XXL at the time and was difficult to find the shop without any boards at the building entrance .Staffs and customer service are good .

Suprisingly I have not been here. A very nice Jockey outlet. Mrp stuff on the ground floor with a special factory outlet section on the 1st floor. This is located in Raheja Arcade, Koramangala. Your one stop shop for Jockey Products.
