Such a corrupt place. Disgusted even to go into this place. For people working here, if you are not interested in helping the citizens who approach to get a PCB certificate, just put a board outside your office stating that "We hog Bribe like a Glutton"... Stop pestering people for money. Try to make things easier for industries, all you guys do is to make the law so ideological that it is impossible to follow and the factory owners end up paying you guys bribe. FYI, the environmental officer I met was talking to some person from an apartment and he was bragging about his own corruption that he had done. I hope God saves our country!
