A hospital that inspires confidence, especially Dr. Karthik, who is a calm, composed, and honest to goodness person who doesn't bait for business. His suggestions seem truly motivated by the well-being of the people who come there in trust. My family has been going to the hospital from the time more than 20 years ago, when it was an eye clinic and Dr.Ravindra used to be a patient ear for the patients then. The place has come a very long way since then, when my family has utilised their expert services for multiple cataract operations for different people, and numerous eye checkups and rectifications. A place that I would highly recommend for anyone who wants eye care. Where the well being in my experience, takes precedence over the business.

Date: 13th March 2021:- After my Last Episode of a Bad service which was further clarified by the staff that they were overloaded due to multiple doctors being on leave and staff on leave and were managing. I was convinced and understood they were in a situation and resulted in outcomes that day. We decided to get my Father operated here and today when we have come here the service is exceptional. Cleanliness is exceptional. Hygiene is exceptional. System process is seamless. Doctor and Staff Service Very Good. This affirms the fact that my earlier review and rating I gave was wrong and here I stand corrected that Karthik Netralaya is a Good Hospital. Thanks to Everyone who have assisted and supported throughout the process. PS: Updating my Rating to Five Stars from One. Date: 9th March2021:- This is one of the worst hospitals I have been in terms of the modern hospital services that are being delivered in the current world. We had been to show our fathe(75yrs) for Cataract surgery as we had been referenced to show here by our diabotologist. The staff is highly incompetent, not coordinated and lacks discipline in having a systematic workflow in this hospital. Though the doctor might be good but it is the service that matters in a Hospital- basically a service industry and it is of the least order here. We decided against doing the surgery here even while waiting which was for almost 4hrs. Definitely do not advise anyone to go to this hospital. Bad Experience.

I researched for 1 year for the best eye hospital in entire India, and have chosen this hospital and Dr. Deepti. It's been 1.5years since I've done my lasik operation! My whole life has completely changed! The hospital is not money minded and the doctors are very professional and knowledgeable! The hospital is very hygenic and many staff doing their own job! Only drawback is that you have to wait, considering so much demand for such great doctors!
