In simple words, it was pathetic. First of all they give me high BP as they were not updating the status. After one week suddenly with a notice of 20 mins the driver called and dumped all my stuff in my apartment. Half of my packages were drenched in water, and fragile items were damaged. They didn't have the courtesy to even accept their mistake instead they were challenging to review as much as you like. Please never take there service. I will definitely go to consumer court with this.

Very very very bad experience... They literally made us panic for 2 weeks. I have given my goods to get transported from Bangalore to Trivandrum. They outsourced it to another packers and movers. When the delivery got delayed and when we contacted they misbehaved, we got our goods delivered delayed by 1 week and that too from different packers and movers. They collected the entire amount in advance including the unloading and as the delivery was done by another packers and movers, i had to bear the unloading cost again. Please do not go for their service.

This is possibly the worst company you can use to relocate. The absolute worst. They are inefficient and every step of the process of relocation is handled totally unprofessionally. Using this company is a definite no no! I would definitely not recommend this company. Stay clear of this mess! If there was a possibility of giving a negative review, I would have. Terrible!

We had a very bad experience with Leo Care Packers and Movers. They behaved very unprofessionally. We wanted to transfer our goods to Tamilnadu from Bangalore and paid the complete charges 3 days before the lockdown. they promised to deliver the goods in 1-2 days but didnot deliver as promised. Good got struck due to lockdown for about 2 months. This is unavoidable and agreed. But they behaved terribly bad after the lockdown4.0 and keep on delaying our goods for 2 weeks. Finally they asked additional money and that too immediate transfer, otherwise they said that they cannot transfer the goods. This behavior panicked us and went to legal option to get out goods back. SO, BE CAREFUL IN DEALING WITH THEM. we have chased them about 20 days to get our goods back.
