Been a regular patient here for more than 14 years. Came for the lifestyle health check up. Was a seamless experience: reached here at 8 and all the tests were done by 11. Staff are super friendly and professional. Blood draws were seamless. Overall a highly recommended experience. Except for one staff member walking around talking to all the female staff everywhere without his mask on.

Over all rating to this hospital is not good. Doctor prescription and comment from then are very wage and without supporting any documentation In emergency, after blood test blood report take 6 hours which you can get in few hours any other place. Report’s take lot of time and hospital generally do not share it with you until you ask them repeatedly Doctors are good in assuming things and they communicate to you as you have that problem. This will make you think that you actually have that issue Rooms are not that clean. Adding pics for room which was only 7000 per day cost and condition was below 3 k hotel room They will add lot of medicine if also you do not need them. Adding pics where nurse was storing lot of injection Hardly doctor had given prescription for 1 injections per day Overall if you are looking for good doctor and right treatment then try another hospital Doctor should be giving strength to other. Its place they give life and should be well respected

They provide the best treatment and coming from the brand Manipal you are assured of best hands taking care of you. Neat and clean place with a spacious lay out. The recent renovation makes the hospital look modern Staff are sufficient in number and are very friendly, hospitable and attentive. Equipment are modern. Doctors are both capable and professional. Documentation procedures are becoming more prompt and have been improving every year. The executive health check ups are efficient and with very little waiting time between various procedures. The food is generally good and hygienic. We patronize this hospital for years now and have never been disappointed. Keep up the excellent work.

I've been visiting to the oncology department and the services are good. The only fault is waiting time for discharge and porter services are delayed for which I would rate one Star less. MARIA who is in charge at the reception has been supportive and always lends a helping hand with a smile. She assisted me in the insurance, appointment booking and refund process in a smooth manner. Keep up the good work! She deserve Higher Position and promotion.. Keep doing the good work.. really impressed.
