The results / certificate of emission check are not updated in the government portals. I could not see any update in mParivahan app. When enquired they just dont respond. Beyond a point they start blatantly denying and say it can never be done. when i showed for my other vehicle and the updated pucc, they jus went rogue.

Good place to get Emission Testing Certificate in Whitefield. I think it's open all days of the week as my verbal discussion with staff member. Staff is very polite and helpful. As this place located in HP petrol pump premises so surrounding is bit crowded and noisy.
It's a bit crowded place since pollution test is mandatory these days. Of their server are down then you end up waiting a lot. I got the certificate in 1.5 hrs of waiting since server was down. The person in charge is a nice person though
Waited for 45 mins in the queue for emission check for my car at around 7:30 pm on a weekday only to be informed that the server is down when my turn was up. I was later informed by the staff that the server is invariably down in the evening and asked to come early morning by around 7:30. I went the next day by around 7:45 and found no queue and the PUC certificate was issued in a matter of 15 mins.
Lethargic working people. The aparatus doesnt work most of the times and takes like a life time to complete one vehicle testing
in Whitefield the only center, little big queue during emission test wave.
