Worst experience with Shobha at Medicons. We had explained our dad's critical condition to the attender Shobha and had requested that she serves and takes care of him like her own father. We had trained her for a week by the ICU specialised nurses to takecare of him. The day he had to be moved to the ward, Shobha made unreasonable excuses and denied to serve my father. We were miserably let down at the crucial time. Mr. Manoj, who runs the service centre, promised us that Shobha had served for more than 10 years and had no complaints against her. We believed his words n went ahead with her but to our misfortune had a miserably bitter experience. Highly do not recommend medicoshelp nor Shobha for your services.
