I have been going to Noah’s for 2 years now and till very recently have been very pleased with their service regarding the stringing of my tennis racquets. Recently, I got 2 of my racquets strung, and as always, supplied my own strings and tension specification for a hybrid setup. Much to my surprise, I found that the racquets had been strung VERY tightly. I brought this up with the store who insisted that there had been no error on their part (surprise, surprise) but what really surprised me was that the owner, Sunil Harry, refused to meet with me and check out the racquets for himself!!!
