Pavan Hyundai went above & beyond to make delivery of New i20 vehicle as early as possible & assisted with additional car accessories. follow up done by team was commendable & they kept me posted with Date & Time of delivery at every instance. Approvals, Paper work was executed on time & it was totally hassle free experience. I would rate Pavan Hyundai 5 Stars for giving best sales service & would recommend to buy from this showroom. I have been here for vehicle booking and delivery based on a friend's suggestions and their experience.The overall booking process has been hassle free. I was assigned sales manager Mr. Prabhu, who kept well informed of the waiting time of 3 months and possible delivery duration. This is prime reason where other Hyundai dealers in Bangalore could not be clear about. Like promised, the vehicle arrived well on time. Once when the vehicle was assigned, sales staff Mr Pradeep has informed and have been asked to keep my finances ready. Also before registering vehicle, I was insisted to perform PDI where other dealers push for payment. There was no force on accessories or other services. The delivery day has been by far the smooth compared to other dealers from past experience. I was given a thorough explanation of every feature and provided a surprise gift of photo frame from the time of delivery I definitely recommend Pavan Hyundai and appreciate their staff Mr.Prabhu and Mr.Pradeep for being courteous and transparent through out the delivery. Although we are from Whitefield, I strongly recommend Pavan Hyundai, for their truthful and hassle free vehicle buying experience.
