Got my 3 year old bicycle serviced from them. I acquired the "full service" that they provide, and must say it was worth it. It feels brand new again now! They were fast, clear and accomodating. All of this at an affordable price! Very happy with the great service provided by the folks at Pedal In Tandem.
I bought a Polygon mountain bike from here. These guys are passionate about cycles and run not just a cycle selling place but also cycle tours/ riding collective and repair and service cycles. Ritwik was very helpful in not just helping with the Polygon but also with some service issues on my older Trek hybrid. The cycling tour groups run by Dheeraj are also very nice and have some attractive rides across the country. I plan to try that in the future .
Riding with the people of Pedal in tandem is enjoyable. Dheeraj and Poojya make a very good team, they cater to the needs and requirements of all kinds of riders. They provide a safe space for women riders. I started as a beginner with them, and am now able to climb a few hills with the steady encouragement of pedal in tandem. They curate rides and tours for anyone seeking memorable experiences.

I had been to Pedal in Tandem yesterday to buy cycling shorts. Since it was my first purchase of the cycling shorts I had requested Poojya if she could help me out. She made time out of her busy schedule to help me understand what fit would work for me and gave me many insightful inputs based on her practical experience as a cyclist I purchased a pair of Gambit cycling shorts and have started using them and they fit well. Great place for beginners and experts. Bought my first bike from them and loving every bit of it. Right from trying out different cycle variants across different terrains to going on weekend rides they helped me zero in on the best bicycle fit for me.
