It started out as a brand that catered to delivering heartfelt gestures and emotions through lovely fresh flowers .Off late they have just become another florist who sends out old withering flowers when ordered . Iv had some great lovely boxes sent out to friends and family over the last 2 years from Plush. But the last 4 times received really bad flowers .And then you wonder if it was really worth the money . I guess customer service rep's who are entrusted with delivery and arrangement of these boxes are ruining the hard work of this entrepreneur .
Ms.Rosalie here is super efficient. From time to order to delivery in approx. 2 hours. Could not be better.

pathetic service I was given withered flowers n after chatting with d manager for 2 days n repeatedly giving al d instructions .. it was delivered in a pathetic manner .. definitely dont recommend this to anyone Also . During lockdown my order was cancelled The refund was never sent until 5 months wen I decided t order again n noticed dat they havent refunded .the manager kept on quoting wrong prices on d chat unless I corrected her 3 times looking at d website pricing . No value for money at all.
