Nice apartment, well planned service apartment with good service staff very quick services, room service daily cleaning , good maintenance of lift , parking space , common area , good looking with nature balcony , very good hospitality service , good for hospital patients suitable for staying long term like 3-4 months stay, different types of room according to customers needs , locating very near to reputed hospitals of Bangalore Fortis and Apollo hospitals

Pros: I stayed here for 3 weeks Service is superb Nice stay Silent ambience,hygienic Deluxe rooms,kitchen attached rooms 24*7 water Ac,TV,heater,wifi,washing machine etc... Owner is so so friendly and very polite guy Must stay for patients who consulting in apollo/fortis hospitals. Cons: Car guy I forgot his name but he is a gym body guy,He is very very rude fellow. He won't drop to the hospital for time and won't pick up from hospital by time. He is a very Fuss guy with so much of attitude.

The place is very interior and difficult to locate.. the contact person whose number was provided in the MMT site didn't respond not bothered to call back, which delayed our check in by 4 hours.. Even after reaching the venue, there was no one at reception, which made us really frustrating... The cable was full of Arabic channels and no regional or national channels... The bed was too small for an individual... The kitchen in the room was very good with needed utensils... I would rate overall 1.5 to 2 stars...

I stayed here for one month. The facilities in the rooms are good with ac, kitchenette. The morning breakfast is ordered for Vasudev Adigas and is decent. But the dinner is bad. Though after asking them to change the curries they didn't. Laundry service is also where only one pair of clothes will be washed per day. There's a Tatasky TV connection but regional channels are not subscribed in most rooms. The staff did not respond when the connection was down for days. The cab service which is offered by them for dropping and picking up from office is bad. We have to call the driver a million times and we'll get late to the office daily. There is only one cab and they can't really provide cab service unless all the guests woek at the same place.

Very unprofessional. Even after booking its not guaranteed that you will get rooms.These money mongers can cancel them anytime. I booked it 3 weeks back and just before 2 days when I called to check, they said they have cancelled it. So stay away from this.
