I am doing yoga virtually here for last 3 months and very happy with my progress. This is undoubtedly a great and friendly institution to learn yoga from. The fees is v economical.The classes are simply superb with lot of variations in asanas and helps you find inner peace. Madam Sandhya is really good. Very kind and down to earth person and has a sound knowledge of yoga. I eagerly look forward to attend classes daily as they are lively and refreshing! I strongly recommend this institution for all age groups.

Excellent !! If you are concern about your physical and mental health then this is the place for you. I'm pretty much a complete beginner, practicing yoga from past 2 months. But I'm amazed with the improvement of my body flexibility and energy level. Classes are very easy to understand and always depends on the level of the student, also there is no age bar. Classes included Flexibility, Stretching, Asanas, Meditation, Breathing technique etc. At the end I must say Rikh Academy is having the best trainer for Yoga classes, our Trainer Nija sir is simply best, he use to motivate us in every possible way with personal guidance to each individual. So I strongly recommend this place.
