Excellent service. They were prompt in picking up the stuff. Packed well, wrapped it and transported properly. Only thing was that the final checklist after loading should be cross-checked. They missed to load one item, left that in the street. Had to call them and get that picked up. But that doesn't matter with the overall work done.

After lot of deliberation and comparing all options in the market for storing my items while leaving Bangalore, I short listed SafeStorage and Stownest. Both had options to generate an online quote and turned up similar numbers. I went for SafeStorage because of the prompt response I received from customer support. Baby from SafeStorage was always available to clarify any queries and support at every step. This really made a huge difference esp. for somebody like me who was not particularly confident of the process. Now the packing and moving was handled perfectly. The team packed up items neatly and safely. I have received alerts from SafeStorage at every juncture like pick up info, transit and safe receipt at warehouse etc. Will update my review at the time of receiving the items. But so far the experience with SafeStorage has been perfect.

I stored a lot of valuable items in Safe Storage for more than a year. Their pickup, packing staff have been very good at what they do. Also, their scheduling and punctuality is commendable. But some of their staff members communicate very poorly and take the customer for granted. I had a partially damaged item (which could be fixed and used) which I wanted to sell to them if they were interested. They just took the item (did not inform me) and did not pay me for it. Since they would not waive any fee or give me any money toward the item's cost, I asked them to deliver it to me, since I found a buyer outside. But it turns out they don't have the item, and have just been lying to me that they will deliver it. They have not delivered it in the last three weeks. Their customer service has been terrible on this front, and resulted in a loss of a considerable amount of money for me. So no, I don't recommend Safe Storage. They don't value their customer's items, when that's their primary job.

Overall experience was really good. Got my household items shifted in Feb end in pune and it was smooth and quick process. Packaging, transport, status updates everything was on time and dedicated person was also there to answer any queries. Thank you safe storage team.

Very professional service and reasonable cost. SafeStorage staffs are very professional and customer friendly. Packaging service was excellent. Apart from this I have got the quick response regarding my queries from SafeStorage customer care and Baby Aitwadekar.

I had a very warm experience with Safe Storage’s team. Their customer support is excellent and helps you with all your queries. They are extremely polite and try their best to keep customers at the center of their service. Though I had to cancel my plans a week before, they ensured me of the full refund and it got credited back to my account within 3-5 days. I will definitely be opting for their storage services as and when in need and would recommend others to give it a try as well. Thanks Safe Storage!

Safe storage is one of the best warehouse I've come across, extremely professional and efficient. The goods are safely packed by professionals and stored accordingly with proper barcoding to identify the objects. I'd like to take this moment to thank Baby, who was kind and professional enough to understand my concern and get me a slot on such a short notice. She was with me throughout and assured about the safety of my goods... regularly followed up on everything and helped me with all the necessary details.
