I would recommend you to visit Sri Ranganatha ENT Clinic because they have a very good facilities and they have a well experienced and specialist doctors. I had a pain in ear due to the blockage in my ears due to wax accumulation. Their treatment is very effective and they understand the patient's problem very well and address it very fast.
