I don't understand why don't they pick up our call!! I've reached the location and asked them, they said landline is not working.. But when I called them in front of them it was working and they are not picking up the call! Doctors are not available when I visisted, then why did they opened the clinic without a single doctor!

I had an appointment with Dr Hariprasad yesterday. I'd gone there because there was no other option..I was happily surprised..The staff really polite and soft-spoken..So was the doctor..He actually addressed me as Mam. I wasn't aware the the dynamics of the profession has changed so much ..Last time I heard doctors were so pompous about themselves..However Dr Hariprasad was extremely patient and respectful of my preferences..He actually said I will not have to return for a follow up if I take proper care..I mean it's a common practice in Bangalore to scare people uneccsarily in this profession..Also no one ever bugged me to put a review..I'm only doing this out of gratitude..Also I have a free follow up for the next seven days and also the option to contact Dr Hariprasad just in case ....And the fees was very reasonable..Also they did not bug me to buy medicines from them...

Good Paediatrician. Took my son to visit the doctor. Really happy with the services provided. It is seamless integrated with the TataHealth App where I got all prescriptions and Consultation Notes. I was also able to place medicine orders through the app.

I was given an appointment for 11:20 am. I’ve reached few minutes earlier -no one was available in the reception to check in and/ or inform what’s going to happen next. After some 10 minutes, 2 ladies were womaning the counter - however they are clueless , not helpful- they don’t know when Doc would see.Kept saying each appointment takes 20 minutes etc . it’s been more than 35 minutes , still waiting for Doc to see me. Bad standards , significant opportunity to improve , learn to respect others time ( specially when one is sick and finds it tough to kill time waiting for something to happen without knowing when it will happen)
