We have applied for a site in 2004 at GREEN FIELD GARDEN 1 With lot of hopes as every one did. They allotted a site in the year 2015 May. There are about 1500 Allottees in this layout. They showed us main Road entrance in the map while allotment & surprisingly after allotment the entrance was dug up & blocked. They said they have an issue with the land owner & resolve it soon. The president once announced with lot of claps they have procured land @ very high cost & the layout will have a Wonderful entrance soon. It has been 5 years now after allotment no solution for the entrance issue. Wake up owners & other layout aspirants it is our hard earned money with no appreciation. It has been 16 long years from the date of our 1st payment, if the money was invested in nominal return at a Post office we would have got a better return by this time. There is no one to address the issue surprisingly no one is concerned about their money & the Injustice done to us. Let us unite at least now for our rights.

Worst society, do not get trapped in to this society. Only false assurance, 10 years plus but no progress. Directors are looting money with huge deposits of public money.Very bad.. never think of Investing your hard earned money.. no one in the society takes any responsibility.. for your investment.. people have invested in 2010. Paid huge amount. Till date the sites are not been alloted also there is no development activity in their proposed site area.. as the entry way to the site itself is not proper. Only management know where the collected money has gone.

Irresponsible and arrogant office holders. No response even after 6 years after payment. They don't take phone calls, don't respond to WhatsApp Messages. They keep saying that allotment will happen after 3 months. Fed up of this society! Avoid them at all costs.
