I was taking my Kids regularly to this location. During covid times no one risks taking Kids to a public place. So, I too didn't took my kids for more than a year. Now as vaccine out, I visited this place and found out that Rs.900/- balance is wiped out on the reason of not using more than 1 year. These business minded people didn't even consider that 6 months time zone is closed and they don't mind children catching Covid. Only rule that is Terms & Conditions only 1 year valid. Don't want to ever go to timezone again. Will take my kids to Amoeba. Don't want to use unethical people services. I visited 3 weeks continuously to resolve my issue before commenting here. Just think of their customer service as well if a customer has to visit their place for 3 weeks.

There have wide variety of games for all age groups like bowling, hammer, basketball, VR games, etc. They have a separate kids section as well. The cost is also fine.

Located inside the prestige shantininketan mall. Need to buy timezone card and recharge to play. This card can be used in any timezone. Rides/games are starting from rs. 40. Tuesday is half price. There is no entry fee. Bowling is also available. Games are not limited to kids.

A great place for family time or friends. Tuesdays are half rate for all games except the lucky ticket machines. Lot of options for the games. Also rarely I have seen any machines out of order. They have a good collection of toys and stuff that you can redeem with the tickets.

This place is good. Our daughter had so much fun. Only problem is that there are no much staff to guide us. Also the kids play area is bit expensive which costs 550rs for an hour. This has a massage chair for adults as complimentary but there is no one to make sure that everyone is getting a chance. People keep on using for long time. Other games are good though nothing special.
