Good if u looking something urban ladder product in less price.. but before buying do a proper check of the product.. I brought office chair which for 8k.. MRP rate was 16k .The chair is good quality and pretty comfortable

Will not recommend. Mostly discarded items. Very limited collection. Could find some level of damage on all the furnitures that they have kept on display. Also, store is not maintained properly. Feels more like a godown ....bad experience

I bought a dinning tabel from this outlet.. All products will have a minor and major damages. Actually that will be documented. The tabel what I bought had major damage which was not documented.. I felt very bad after the delivery.. If you look at price it's not convincing for major products. No compromise with price. I would request you to double check the product before buying. No warranty No guarantee No return. Please do double check and please be mindful in your decision..

This is a factory outlet where you get defective pieces for sale. The items are very good and the defects are minute, so a good bargain for the price they suggest you. Main drawback is that you have to arrange for the delivery as this is a factory outlet store and the company does not offer official delivery option.

I bought a bed from Urban Ladder online. They delivered it on 9th April and were supposed to assemble it on the 14th. However, no one came on the 14th and despite contacting them through their chatbox and email, they have not come yet even on the rescheduled appointment on the 19th. Pathetic service.

A a decent store or more of a warehouse kind with some stocked furniture. The collection is not bad, but Price wise I would not say that they are the best. The quality of furniture is average.
