This building is recently built. First off water is a major problem. Considering lower number of families residing here the problem might be a lil relieved. Parking space over her is close to no. No proper space to roam around the building. Ground and second floor sport a 1 bhk flat. 1st floor has 6 1RK flats. If you are a bachelor and might consider the 1km distance from main city then you might want to cknsider living here. The society over here is quite calm so people looking for rented flats might want to maintain the same. Color scheme used on this building is quite good. The quality of construction is also very good. I personally have watched the entire building being built up.
