Waaau, It’s amazing place to enjoy peace of nature. Things to do in Panwali Kantha... You can enjoy the nature’s view from high altitude meadows. Know about the survival technique and culture of local pahari people in high altitude. You can shoot unique nature photos and cinematic shots of clouds, meadows (Bugyal), Monal (State Bird Of Uttarakhand), White Horse, Pahari Huts etc. Thing to know before visiting... Do not think about single day trip. (According to my personal experience, at least you need to plan minimum 3 days. If you are strong enough to hike around 18 KM, you are lucky to enjoy the view of peaceful nature. Keep enough energy bars, energy drinks, healthy food, water bottle, and specially First Aid Kit. There are no any Hotels, Restaurants but local people can easily give you room to stay and provide foods, but there is no Toilet facilities, so local people will inform you for some reserved location. Charges are 100 INR (for one night stay) and 100 INR (for one time food) per person. ️ Finally the best thing for travelers is, you can visit here in any season of the year. Every season you can enjoy the different nature.
I can only say it is simply heaven on the earth..... Superb place with adorable view which you will cherish for lifetime...... Most beautiful I have ever seen.... The trek is about 20km but that hardwork get paid when you reach at the Panwali kantha..... Great place........

Panwali kantha is 18 km trek from Ghuttu located in tehri garhwal uttrakhand , about 90 km from new tehri , best season to visit between April to mid October , as after October all the meadows will dry up , all greenery and wild flowers will got vanished , you will found none in panwali kantha after October as all the local spherds will move to village as the winter starts from November then you have to carry your own tents and own arrangements , if you visit between April to September you can stay and eat with locals people in very reasonable amount Rs 400-500 one day stay and food , no tense of carrying tents and food . Difficulty of trek for first 9-10 km is moderate after 10 km trek is somewhat easy , will take atleast 7-8 hours for regular trekers
