Basic standards of the dominoes chain were not followed: 1. AC was not working 2. Tissues were not provided 3. Sanitizer bottle was empty 4. Seasonings were not present on the table 5. Even not provided with the order, on asking for sachets, we were given a ketchup and a seasoning sachet

Domino's always known for providing best services with quality and taste. I am a big fan of it. But here at Bhiwani they never take care of customer satisfaction either in terms of behaviour or in terms of proper ingredients/toppings/cheese etc. I already registered 2-3 feedback regarding this, but they only feel sorry to formally close a negative feedback and don't improve anything for what a negative feedback was provided. I will try not to go or order anything at least from their Bhiwani branch.

Don't even talk about hygiene. Nobody even tried to clean it up after the complain. The only reason they had- Kids do it, we can't help!!

Worst Domino's store. No proper cleaning and they are not talking care of the hygiene as well.. got food poisoning after wating pizza at this place from last 3 days i have been through hell... Never ever going to visit this place again. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The person who was taking order continuously called me on my personal mobile until i gave 10 score rating. This way they have got the high ratings.. don't get fooled by the good ratings at all. Your health is in your hands. Spend your money where it is worth spending don't waste it at this place. Worst experience.
