A few among the Sales persons are arrogant and behave as if they sell an out of the box product. They do not understand the meaning of courtesy. As soon as you book a car, they start to talk rough. That's why I cancelled my booking of KIA Seltos HTX after 20 days. While refunding the advance, they demanded a cancelled cheque, though my account number was duly entered in the cancellation form along with other details of my bank. What a joke !! Guys if you wish to buy a Kia product from Central Kia, Bhubaneswar, plz avoid Mr. Deepak.

Well maintained showroom with prompt service team. Offered courtesy drinks also. But denied us test ride for second car. Well visible from highway as situated along the highway only.

Located on highway, so provides good scope for some bad road(at nearby service roads) and highway test ride. Cars available for inquiry and test ride instantaneous. Good knowledge staff. Lots of variants of a car, so takes time to understand and filter required model. Test rides vehicles limited to specific variants, not all type vehicle test ride available. Can improve on customer interaction and test ride availability. Thumps Up.
