This is the training hub for the newly inducted firemen of Odisha Fire Services. The cadets are being trained with modern equipment in order to deal with all types of mishaps like fire in a multistory building, rescuing people from floods or fast flowing water bodies and firefighting. Due to this, Odisha Fire Services has become one of the most professionally trained and fast responding Fire Services in India after Mumbai Fire Brigade. Thanks to late IPS Officer Binay Behera, who during his tenure as DG Fire Services transformed Odisha Fire Services into a modern fire brigade
