They washed our clothes instead of dry clean.Shawl shrinked and discoloured after there service. All my jackets have dirt and strings all around them.I was better without there service.

UC109-3930 order number.Worst service.We gave 13 clothes for dry clean.Paid them for doing dry clean but it seems that they washed the clothes and delivered. Shawl worth 1500 is shrinked and discolored now.They screwed with most of the clothes.
Look at pictures what a nice clean service. On name of customer care, you need to wait when queen will show up at ur house. Loot of money on name of a brand.
