worst customer service by hero moto. either they dont give training to their staff how to handle customer or they are so proudy to show customer that company are not in need to sale, if customer is needy, he can buy. I drop the hero moto two wheeler now from my choices. lets see whether they will train and improve their service or they are ready to fall thier business like other big corporates. I wish them best of luck for both what they want in future either best service or downfall like hell... Sorry giving 1 star because no option for 0 or negative rating....

Very rough staff behavior....no internal communication......accessory and seat cover pending after 3 months delivery.....always people telling lie commitment....evan no one give us proper answer......always quarrel each other and not at all satisfied service.....never come again .... share pathetic experience to friends and relatives never go bikes auto and never buy hero too...!!

Worst service center. I am requesting all people not to go there for bike service. I have recently serviced my hero splendor bike there and found that their service boys were not fit the bolts of my bike engine in proper way. Due to my bike engine is going to likage the oil and petrol. In short mara bike na engine patar thoki nakhi. I am attaching the service center invoice

Wow the above comments and ratings are absolutely right. Same happened to me. No delivery on time, waste of time and money. Also no after sales services. Staff are pathetic and useless. I WOULD RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS SHOWROOM UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY...
