Staff courteous and polite, hygenic but one disturbing fact is syringes used for collecting blood are not immediately destroyed in electric incinerator but thrown in dustbin. This enhances chances of misuse by re-use of these syringes which is beyond control of lab. This needs to be looked into seriously as lab personnel were not able to provide any satisfactory answer when i asked them about it.
