I had gone for a massage to this centre. I had a very bad experience. The massage room was untidy. The girls did not know how to carry out massage. There was no water in the bathroom, leave hot water. I had to come home with shower cap on head. I was charged full amount which was exorbitant. Look into these drawbacks improve the ambience.

While I was in Mumbai, I had the opportunity to have three treatments here. The center may look a little run down but the treatments were excellent and the staff very attentive. Highly recommended and as I was staying at the JW Marriott Hotel, very convenient

I booked a massage because I had a coupon for a free massage through my gym. I did not end up getting a massage as I was turned off by the smells and the basic hygiene of the place. I understand that kerala ayurvedic massages could be done on a wooden platform, but to begin with when I entered the space they started cleaning one of the rooms which I think was also used as a pantry.. When I requested for a towel to be put on the wooden bed, the girl assured me that it was clean.. If you're OK with getting a massage while inhaling the aromas of food mixed with coconut oil, then this is definitely the place for it. I walked out of there as I didn't think I would have been relaxed while constantly thinking if it was safe for me to be on that bed.

I had a very sharp uncomfortable pain on the back. After talking to the doctor, I have taken 7 sessions of the massage called Potly (not sure of the spelling is corrct). After 3 sessions of the massage, I am not feeling any more pain. They are experts in this massage and make sure that you feel comfortable as well. It is definetly the best massagfe you can get in Mumbai.
