Our mission is to identify, train, support, and connect overlooked local village Change-Makers in rural India to ignite local solutions for shared visions. These local Change-makers are trained in the SEEKHO methodology: Design Thinking, Positive Psychology, and Asset Based Community Development. Change-Makers use these skills along with their deep knowledge of local dynamics to leverage local resources and our extensive network of partner organizations to transform rural communities. In 10 years, our vision is to have a network of 700,000 such Change-Makers across India-- at least one for each village in India.
