BMW staff are friendly and respectful at the same time. I could notice a good improvement in hospitality. Service section are really patient enough to discuss the issues to the root cause and provide commendable outcome.

Really a Bad Experience with this Big Brand company. I have booked GS 1200 before 2 months back, but I didn’t got the bike yet still they are keep on saying “we will update you once we get stock”. When there is good market for GS bikes your company should have a mass production instead of saying No Stock. It’s Really Shame on BMW. I recommend you guys to go for Triumph or Ducati than Bmw even KTM is better.

It was wonderful experience of my new buy G310 R from JSP Motorrad. The delivery was in time as promised. In my experience waiting part is quite hard as it makes us think every moment. But we should understand in their point of view also as these machines are not manufactured in bulk. But Mr. Hemanth in sales and rest of the team was very professional in dealing with the customers from the time of the first visit, arranging test drive and till delivery. They provide the costumers with all information that suffices ur ride. The overall experience was good.
