A Multinational Brand Exclusive Automotive Outlet well designed and maintained, but poorly managed. If you call their call center number - which they advertise mostly - they will say, you will get a call back. That never happens. If you visit the showroom, won't get any active response from the staff there. If they finish their own work, or if you approach any of them, they will respond with half mind. Then also you will get only a vague response. They will take down your contact details and will handover to the sales executives. Interestingly you will get lot many calls from the financiers, before any of the company sales executive call you. If a brand savvy customer visits the showroom, they will fed-up with the visit itself. If pre sales is like this, what will be after sale service? Think twice. Mainly it is an exclusive outlet in the state, and nowhere you will get the service and support if they started to behave like this. post sales. The management is multi faceted and have a lot many brands in their business umbrella. For them, it may not be a profitable division and not much interested in that sales volume. Never expected such an experience from a brand like BMW and from a business group like EVM. Feel sad, really.
