Very very worst sales experience.. Normally sales executives speaks politely and decently in every dealership, but here in Tusker the situation is different! They are least bothered about their sales and customers. Forget about sales representatives calling customer, here even if customer calls you they just hang up! Very very upset.. Repenting for booking a bike. Now they don’t refund otherwise I would have definitely gone for better options. I am worried about service after sales!!

There's a lot at stake when it comes to managing the reputation of a brand like BMW, and trust me when I say this, Tusker lives up to it excellently. Sharan, the Service Chief, is the nicest lad you would come across. Right from my first day at Tusker to a few years later and multiple servicing done, I have been impressed every single time. And I obviously don't have to say much about the bike, it is worth every penny, for the pleasure of riding it.

The place did not offer a proper test ride. Forced to ride in a designated spot where you could not go above the second gear. The sales person was nice and knowledgeable so no issues there. Crazy road works marred the experience and call/go on weekdays and agree on a test ride. You need to feel the 5th gear.

The way they treat and greet the customers is HORRIBLE Nobody is interested in showing the bikes. 1) There is one lady at the front desk and she was least bothered to talk to any of the customers. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. 2) The reason for this kinda negative carless attitude towards could be mainly due to the fact that they don't care as there is ONLY 1 showroom in entire Karnataka state. 3) Just imagine the service is also done on the second floor of the same showroom. You can see the size of the showroom. 4) This was the case with Benelli showroom when they initially launched....we all know the situation Benelli is in right now. 5) One STRONG advice to all the prospective buyers....DO NOT GO to this showroom. You will be hugely disappointed. 6) Other showrooms will treat you much better than these guys....all that I kept hearing was...the waiting period will be 4 months as G 310 GS is in high demand. I guess this is the reason for not taking their customers seriously.

These people doesn't have any parking place and the security rude too you have to park your vehicle far away some where and come by walk so better to choose some other showroom.

They are least bother about there customer,no way of convincing even they are ready for cancellation late delivery with non sense reasons. Don’t recommend this showroom to anybody.

The executives there are least bothered about their own showroom. I don’t think they seem to be interested in their jobs. No queries gets answered in the right manner. I don’t even wanna talk about the test ride experience because it’s just super disappointment.
