️ Biryani is my favorite ️in fact, it’s everyone’s favourite ️ Bon Food factory ( Bon Gateau) Clay Pot/ Matka Biryani —— The clay pot usually sealed (typically with wheat dough) to allow it to cook in its own steam and it is not opened until it is ready uto serve. “WHEN POT OPENED “ Hyderabadi mutton dum biryani is an aromatic, mouth watering and authentic Indian dish with juicy mutton pieces I could feel browned onions, mint, chilly, cardamom, coriander, shahi jeera, cinnamohn, cloves besides oil. ️For vegetarians —— vegetable biryani was a rich, crunchy and flavourful experience Highly recommended 5 star rating ️ ️️️️
